If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 10 days upon receipt. Item(s) must be returned in unused condition in its original package. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at email@example.com. Please include your order # and item(s) you are returning. We will issue a return authorization # which must be included on or in your return package.
Sale items & special orders are non-refundable. Items marked "FINAL SALE" are not returnable & not eligible for return.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on magazines, books, apothecary items or undergarments.

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. this receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that SONOMAMA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, SONOMAMA shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.
All orders placed on shopsonomama.com will ship within 3 business days pending item availability. Please note that this does not include time in transit.
