EVENT: Breath & Sound With Keely Semler, Thursday, April 26th, 7pm

Although we all breathe, it is quite easy to forget to breathe deeply and intentionally. We will be using a two part active Pranayama breath followed by a meditation. Diminish old emotions that no longer serve you, release stagnant energy to make room for more love, self worth and abundance. This space helps you to experience your inner truth. Crystal Tones singing bowls will be played to allow deeper relaxation and to invite consciousness into your body and wellbeing. Emotion is simply a vibration. Therefore, it is also a sound. The energetic properties of the bowls aide in shifting your awareness to wholeness. Release doing. Return to being.

Keely Semler is a breathwork and meditation teacher. She completed levels 1-3 under David Elliott's Healer Training Program. Using sound as a means to tap into delta and theta states, Keely engages her clients in a space where habits and programming can be reformed. She holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Keck School of Medicine with a concentration in child and family health as it relates to how stress and trauma is stored in the body. Keely has conducted extensive research on transition medicine for the Department of Adolescent Medicine at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. She practices out of her bungalow in Echo Park, leads workshops throughout Los Angeles, and works with clients remotely.

Workshop fee is $32
