Made by the chef Doichi Natsu for Wind for Mind, a company that focuses on growing herbs on Awaji Island in Japan. Created using natural salt made by boiling seawater from the Seto Inland Sea and seasonal herbs grown in the sun in Japanese fields. A blend that can be used everyday like Herbs de Provence. Also recommended for stewed dishes such as potov and to add flavor to meat and fish dishes. Matches well with butter or olive oil.

Store at room temperature in a dark place avoiding high temperature and humidity. Consume early as Wind for Mind does not use preservatives.
