Japanese Herbal Teas


Wind for Mind grows plants for the mind, body and soul on Awaji Island in the Hyogo Prefecture of Japan. Their herbal teas are cultivated without using agricultural chemicals and chemical fertilizers and is all natural.

Directions: Put approximately 1g of St. John's wort into the pot, pour 1/2 cup of freshly boiled water, cover and steam for about 3 minutes. Add citrus or blend with your favorite herbal tea.

Available in 3 flavors:

- St. John's Wort 

Although used as a medicinal herb with possible antidepressant activity, high-quality clinical evidence for such effects are still debated. Ingredients: St. John's Wort harvested from Awaji Island in the Hyogo Prefecture

- Feverfew - 

A traditional medicinal herb that is used commonly to prevent migraine headaches. Ingredients: Feverfew  harvested from Awaji Island in the Hyogo Prefecture.

-Mallow Flower

One of only 3 teas in the world that changes color. Add a squeeze of lemon to your brewed tea to change it from purple to light pink! Ingredients: Mallow Flower  harvested from Awaji Island in the Hyogo Prefecture.
